The movie begins with Ben, Gwen, and Max on a road trip to the Galvan Prime, the home planet of the Galvanic Mechamorphs, a group of aliens who are allies of Ben. However, their trip is cut short when they are ambushed by Vilgax and his army of robots.
Vilgax: (ambitiously) With the Highbreed's DNA, I will create an army of super-soldiers and conquer the Earth!
Dr. Animo: (obsequiously) Yes, Vilgax. Your plan is genius.
Gwen: (skeptically) Yeah, right, Ben. You've been saying that for months.
