While many new entrepreneurs confuse this with the main registration form (Borang A or Borang PNA.42), the UD2A serves a very specific, critical purpose: Filing the wrong form, or worse, skipping this step, is the number one reason applications are rejected by the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
