Open System Settings > Printers & Scanners .

In the "Use" dropdown, click "Select Software".

Choose "ZDesigner ZP230D" from the driver list. If not listed, click "Have Disk" and navigate to your downloaded .inf file. Part 4: Installing on macOS (CUPS) Note: Apple removed many native Zebra drivers in recent macOS updates (Ventura/Sonoma). You must use the CUPS interface.

Select your ZP230D (USB or IP).

Download the standalone driver package (.inf file) from Zebra.

Enter the IP address. Select "Custom" and then "Settings". Open System Settings > Printers & Scanners

Note the printer’s IP address (print a network config label by holding the feed button for 10 seconds).
